Terms and Conditions

  • The package mentioned is a prepaid package and is expected to be paid within the 1st 3 days of every month for a subscription segment and paid in full for a one-time payment segment.

  • A GST will be applicable on the final invoices. Please share your GST details if it is a B2B business deal.

  • The studio won’t be responsible for the arrangement of additional props. 

  • The packages are eligible for a 10% increment every year. 

  • Bangera Studio owns the right to discard any of the services.

  • Each content that is produced by bangera studio will feature our logo and a team credit section at the end of the videos.

  • Logistics and rental need to be taken care of by the client and the team will share a transparent expense sheet regarding expenses incurred during the shoot. 

  • Rs.2000 is applicable as a fine in case of cancellation of a shoot.

  • Late payments are charged at Rs.400 per day

  • The client is responsible for any damage incurred during the shoot at the studio or outdoors.

  • If Bangera Studio cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the employee illness, then the studio shall return any funds previously paid to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Photographer/videographer fails to perform for any other reason, Bangera Studio shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.

  • It is understood that no other amateur or professional, shall be allowed to work or consult while the Bangera Studio team is working and that any breach of this agreement will constitute a reason for non-completion of the job with no liability to the Photographer and loss of initial deposit by the client. 

  • All the communications with the Team or the Studio shall be made in English and in Writing ( Email ).

  • It is understood that it is the client's responsibility to inform Bangera Studio by email of any date or location changes. Bangera Studio does is not liable for any claims for messages sent by mobile text messages or social network websites

  • EMI options are available the subject to availability and depending on the factors in an agreement between the service provider and Bangera Studio. Bangera Studio is not liable for any loss or damage incurred due to these schemes. 

  • There will no be refunds over the sessions that you book via the website.
